All Nubra, panty, shaper, hosiery and Fashion Forms sales are FINAL.
Bras may be exchanged at Ripplu's expense only under the following circumstances within 5 days of purchase with the original tags attached:
-If the customer receives the wrong item or size ordered.
-If the customer receives defective merchandise.
If however Ripplu finds the returned merchandise to be unacceptable condition for any reasons, Ripplu would hold the right to reject the customer's request. We will notify you first thing if such case occurs.
If you have a return of this nature, or your bra does not fit properly, please call us immediately at 1-877-527-3249 Ext.113, or email infoe@ripplu.com. We will then issue you a return authorization number with further instructions. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to return merchandise
All return/exchanged merchandise should be shipped with insurance of the total merchandise cost. If shipments are domestic (within the US and other US territories), we require customers to ship by UPS or Fedex. If shipments are international (outside the US, including Canada), we require customers to ship by USPS Express Mail. Ripplu would not hold responsible for any losses or damages if shipped by any other ways than we recommended.
Shipping and handling charges will be covered by Ripplu only for defective merchandise or incorrectly sent items.
Size related exchanges must be made at the customer's expense. Refund
A refund will be made upon the receipt of the merchandise to the same number and card from which it was originally purchased. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Here are some tips on finding the right measurement.

Start by measuring under bust line twice.
Once relaxed, and once after taking a normal
breath. If there is a difference of more
than 1 - 2 inches, opt for the larger measurement.

Next, measure the top bust.
First bend at the waist and gather all breast
tissue from the sides into the front. Then
to measure the "top bust". This is the fullest
part of the breast. |
